Surah Aal-i-Imran discusses the family of Imran, including Maryam and Isa (Jesus). It was revealed partly in response to a Christian delegation from Najran and addresses theological discussions about the nature of Jesus.

إِذۡ تَقُولُ لِلۡمُؤۡمِنِینَ أَلَن یَكۡفِیَكُمۡ أَن یُمِدَّكُمۡ رَبُّكُم بِثَلَـٰثَةِ ءَالَـٰفࣲ مِّنَ ٱلۡمَلَـٰۤىِٕكَةِ مُنزَلِینَ

English

[Remember] when you said to the believers, "Is it not sufficient for you that your Lord should reinforce you with three thousand angels sent down?

Urdu

یاد کرو جب تم مومنوں سے کہہ رہے تھے، "کیا تمہارے لیے یہ بات کافی نہیں کہ اللہ تین ہزار فرشتے اتار کر تمہاری مدد کرے؟"
