Surah Aal-i-Imraan Ayah 188
سُورَةُ آلِ عِمۡرَانَSurah Aal-i-Imran discusses the family of Imran, including Maryam and Isa (Jesus). It was revealed partly in response to a Christian delegation from Najran and addresses theological discussions about the nature of Jesus.
لَا تَحۡسَبَنَّ ٱلَّذِینَ یَفۡرَحُونَ بِمَاۤ أَتَوا۟ وَّیُحِبُّونَ أَن یُحۡمَدُوا۟ بِمَا لَمۡ یَفۡعَلُوا۟ فَلَا تَحۡسَبَنَّهُم بِمَفَازَةࣲ مِّنَ ٱلۡعَذَابِۖ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ أَلِیمࣱ
And never think that those who rejoice in what they have perpetrated and like to be praised for what they did not do - never think them [to be] in safety from the punishment, and for them is a painful punishment.
تم اُن لوگوں کو عذاب سے محفوظ نہ سمجھو جو اپنے کرتوتوں پر خوش ہیں اور چاہتے ہیں کہ ایسے کاموں کی تعریف اُنہیں حاصل ہو جو فی الواقع انہوں نے نہیں کیے ہیں حقیقت میں ان کے لیے درد ناک سزا تیار ہے
