Surah Aal-i-Imraan Ayah 24
سُورَةُ آلِ عِمۡرَانَSurah Aal-i-Imran discusses the family of Imran, including Maryam and Isa (Jesus). It was revealed partly in response to a Christian delegation from Najran and addresses theological discussions about the nature of Jesus.
ذَ ٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمۡ قَالُوا۟ لَن تَمَسَّنَا ٱلنَّارُ إِلَّاۤ أَیَّامࣰا مَّعۡدُودَ ٰتࣲۖ وَغَرَّهُمۡ فِی دِینِهِم مَّا كَانُوا۟ یَفۡتَرُونَ
That is because they say, "Never will the Fire touch us except for [a few] numbered days," and [because] they were deluded in their religion by what they were inventing.
ان کا یہ طرز عمل اس وجہ سے ہے کہ وہ کہتے ہیں "آتش دوزخ تو ہمیں مس تک نہ کرے گی اور اگر دوزخ کی سزا ہم کو ملے گی بھی تو بس چند روز" اُن کے خود ساختہ عقیدوں نے اُن کو اپنے دین کے معاملے میں بڑی غلط فہمیوں میں ڈال رکھا ہے
