Surah Aal-i-Imraan Ayah 44
سُورَةُ آلِ عِمۡرَانَSurah Aal-i-Imran discusses the family of Imran, including Maryam and Isa (Jesus). It was revealed partly in response to a Christian delegation from Najran and addresses theological discussions about the nature of Jesus.
ذَ ٰلِكَ مِنۡ أَنۢبَاۤءِ ٱلۡغَیۡبِ نُوحِیهِ إِلَیۡكَۚ وَمَا كُنتَ لَدَیۡهِمۡ إِذۡ یُلۡقُونَ أَقۡلَـٰمَهُمۡ أَیُّهُمۡ یَكۡفُلُ مَرۡیَمَ وَمَا كُنتَ لَدَیۡهِمۡ إِذۡ یَخۡتَصِمُونَ
That is from the news of the unseen which We reveal to you, [O Muhammad]. And you were not with them when they cast their pens as to which of them should be responsible for Mary. Nor were you with them when they disputed.
اے محمدؐ! یہ غیب کی خبریں ہیں جو ہم تم کو وحی کے ذریعہ سے بتا رہے ہیں، ورنہ تم اُس وقت وہاں موجود نہ تھے جب ہیکل کے خادم یہ فیصلہ کرنے کے لیے کہ مریمؑ کا سر پرست کون ہو اپنے اپنے قلم پھینک رہے تھے، اور نہ تم اُس وقت حاضر تھے، جب اُن کے درمیان جھگڑا برپا تھا
