Surah Abasa Ayah 42
سُورَةُ عَبَسَSurah Abasa begins with a gentle reproach to the Prophet for turning away from a blind man. It emphasizes that guidance is for all who seek it.

اُولٰٓىِٕكَ هُمُ الْكَفَرَةُ الْفَجَرَةُ ۟۠

Those are the disbelievers, the wicked ones.
