Surah Al-Ahqaf Ayah 20
سُورَةُ الأَحۡقَافِSurah Al-Ahqaf refers to the sand dunes where the people of 'Ad lived. It emphasizes kindness to parents and recounts how jinn listened to the Quran.
وَیَوۡمَ یُعۡرَضُ ٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلنَّارِ أَذۡهَبۡتُمۡ طَیِّبَـٰتِكُمۡ فِی حَیَاتِكُمُ ٱلدُّنۡیَا وَٱسۡتَمۡتَعۡتُم بِهَا فَٱلۡیَوۡمَ تُجۡزَوۡنَ عَذَابَ ٱلۡهُونِ بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَسۡتَكۡبِرُونَ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ بِغَیۡرِ ٱلۡحَقِّ وَبِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَفۡسُقُونَ
And the Day those who disbelieved are exposed to the Fire [it will be said], "You exhausted your pleasures during your worldly life and enjoyed them, so this Day you will be awarded the punishment of [extreme] humiliation because you were arrogant upon the earth without right and because you were defiantly disobedient."
پھر جب یہ کافر آگ کے سامنے لا کھڑے کیے جائیں گے تو ان سے کہا جائے گا: "تم اپنے حصے کی نعمتیں اپنی دنیا کی زندگی میں ختم کر چکے اور ان کا لطف تم نے اٹھا لیا، اب جو تکبر تم زمین میں کسی حق کے بغیر کرتے رہے اور جو نافرمانیاں تم نے کیں اُن کی پاداش میں آج تم کو ذلت کا عذاب دیا جائے گا"
