Surah Al-An’aam Ayah 146
سُورَةُ الأَنۡعَامِSurah Al-An'am focuses on the fundamentals of faith, particularly Tawheed (monotheism). It refutes polytheism and presents arguments for the existence and oneness of Allah.
وَعَلَى ٱلَّذِینَ هَادُوا۟ حَرَّمۡنَا كُلَّ ذِی ظُفُرࣲۖ وَمِنَ ٱلۡبَقَرِ وَٱلۡغَنَمِ حَرَّمۡنَا عَلَیۡهِمۡ شُحُومَهُمَاۤ إِلَّا مَا حَمَلَتۡ ظُهُورُهُمَاۤ أَوِ ٱلۡحَوَایَاۤ أَوۡ مَا ٱخۡتَلَطَ بِعَظۡمࣲۚ ذَ ٰلِكَ جَزَیۡنَـٰهُم بِبَغۡیِهِمۡۖ وَإِنَّا لَصَـٰدِقُونَ
And to those who are Jews We prohibited every animal of uncloven hoof; and of the cattle and the sheep We prohibited to them their fat, except what adheres to their backs or the entrails or what is joined with bone. [By] that We repaid them for their injustice. And indeed, We are truthful.
اور جن لوگوں نے یہودیت اختیار کی ان پر ہم نے سب ناخن والے جانور حرام کر دیے تھے، اور گائے اور بکری کی چربی بھی بجز اُس کے جو اُن کی پیٹھ یا اُن کی آنتوں سے لگی ہوئی ہو یا ہڈی سے لگی رہ جائے یہ ہم نے ان کی سرکشی کی سزا اُنہیں دی تھی اور یہ جو کچھ ہم کہہ رہے ہیں بالکل سچ کہہ رہے ہیں
