Surah Al-Anfaal Ayah 22
سُورَةُ الأَنفَالِSurah Al-Anfal was revealed after the Battle of Badr and addresses the distribution of war spoils, the ethics of warfare, and the importance of unity among believers.

۞ إِنَّ شَرَّ ٱلدَّوَاۤبِّ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلصُّمُّ ٱلۡبُكۡمُ ٱلَّذِینَ لَا یَعۡقِلُونَ
English
Indeed, the worst of living creatures in the sight of Allah are the deaf and dumb who do not use reason.
