Surah Al-Anfaal Ayah 23
سُورَةُ الأَنفَالِSurah Al-Anfal was revealed after the Battle of Badr and addresses the distribution of war spoils, the ethics of warfare, and the importance of unity among believers.

وَلَوۡ عَلِمَ ٱللَّهُ فِیهِمۡ خَیۡرࣰا لَّأَسۡمَعَهُمۡۖ وَلَوۡ أَسۡمَعَهُمۡ لَتَوَلَّوا۟ وَّهُم مُّعۡرِضُونَ
English
Had Allah known any good in them, He would have made them hear. And if He had made them hear, they would [still] have turned away, while they were refusing.

اگر اللہ کو معلوم ہوتا کہ ان میں کچھ بھی بھلائی ہے تو وہ ضرور انہیں سُننے کی توفیق دیتا (لیکن بھلائی کے بغیر) اگر وہ ان کو سُنواتا تو وہ بے رُخی کے ساتھ منہ پھیر جاتے
