Surah Al-Anfaal Ayah 53
سُورَةُ الأَنفَالِSurah Al-Anfal was revealed after the Battle of Badr and addresses the distribution of war spoils, the ethics of warfare, and the importance of unity among believers.

ذَ ٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَمۡ یَكُ مُغَیِّرࣰا نِّعۡمَةً أَنۡعَمَهَا عَلَىٰ قَوۡمٍ حَتَّىٰ یُغَیِّرُوا۟ مَا بِأَنفُسِهِمۡ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَمِیعٌ عَلِیمࣱ
English
That is because Allah would not change a favor which He had bestowed upon a people until they change what is within themselves. And indeed, Allah is Hearing and Knowing.

یہ اللہ کی اِس سنت کے مطابق ہوا کہ وہ کسی نعمت کو جو اس نے کسی قوم کو عطا کی ہو اس وقت تک نہیں بدلتا جب تک کہ وہ قوم خود اپنے طرزِ عمل کو نہیں بدل دیتی اللہ سب کچھ سننے اور جاننے والا ہے
