Surah Al-Anfaal Ayah 55
سُورَةُ الأَنفَالِSurah Al-Anfal was revealed after the Battle of Badr and addresses the distribution of war spoils, the ethics of warfare, and the importance of unity among believers.

إِنَّ شَرَّ ٱلدَّوَاۤبِّ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوا۟ فَهُمۡ لَا یُؤۡمِنُونَ
English
Indeed, the worst of living creatures in the sight of Allah are those who have disbelieved, and they will not [ever] believe -

یقیناً اللہ کے نزدیک زمین پر چلنے والی مخلوق میں سب سے بدتر وہ لوگ ہیں جنہوں نے حق کو ماننے سے انکار کر دیا پھر کسی طرح وہ اسے قبول کرنے پر تیار نہیں
