Surah Al-Baqara Ayah 243
سُورَةُ البَقَرَةِSurah Al-Baqara is the longest chapter of the Quran, revealed in Madinah. It provides comprehensive guidance on Islamic law, stories of previous prophets, and instructions for building a righteous Muslim community.
۞ أَلَمۡ تَرَ إِلَى ٱلَّذِینَ خَرَجُوا۟ مِن دِیَـٰرِهِمۡ وَهُمۡ أُلُوفٌ حَذَرَ ٱلۡمَوۡتِ فَقَالَ لَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ مُوتُوا۟ ثُمَّ أَحۡیَـٰهُمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَذُو فَضۡلٍ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ وَلَـٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ لَا یَشۡكُرُونَ
Have you not considered those who left their homes in many thousands, fearing death? Allah said to them, "Die"; then He restored them to life. And Allah is full of bounty to the people, but most of the people do not show gratitude.
تم نے اُن لوگوں کے حال پر بھی کچھ غور کیا، جو موت کے ڈر سے اپنے گھر بار چھوڑ کر نکلے تھے اور ہزاروں کی تعداد میں تھے؟ اللہ نے اُن سے فرمایا: مر جاؤ پھر اُس نے اُن کو دوبارہ زندگی بخشی حقیقت یہ ہے کہ اللہ انسان پر بڑا فضل فرمانے والا ہے مگر اکثر لوگ شکر ادا نہیں کرتے
