Surah Al-Baqara Ayah 34

وَإِذۡ قُلۡنَا لِلۡمَلَـٰۤىِٕكَةِ ٱسۡجُدُوا۟ لِـَٔادَمَ فَسَجَدُوۤا۟ إِلَّاۤ إِبۡلِیسَ أَبَىٰ وَٱسۡتَكۡبَرَ وَكَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡكَـٰفِرِینَ
English
And [mention] when We said to the angels, "Prostrate before Adam"; so they prostrated, except for Iblees. He refused and was arrogant and became of the disbelievers.
Urdu
پھر جب ہم نے فرشتوں کو حکم دیا کہ آدمؑ کے آگے جھک جاؤ، تو سب جھک گئے، مگر ابلیس نے انکار کیا وہ اپنی بڑائی کے گھمنڈ میں پڑ گیا اور نافرمانوں میں شامل ہو گیا
