Surah Al-Bayyinah describes the clear evidence brought by the Messenger and distinguishes between the People of the Book who accepted and those who rejected.

لَمْ یَكُنِ الَّذِیْنَ كَفَرُوْا مِنْ اَهْلِ الْكِتٰبِ وَالْمُشْرِكِیْنَ مُنْفَكِّیْنَ حَتّٰی تَاْتِیَهُمُ الْبَیِّنَةُ ۟ۙ
English

Those who disbelieved among the People of the Scripture and the polytheists were not to be parted [from misbelief] until there came to them clear evidence -
