Surah Al-Falaq seeks refuge in Allah from external evils including darkness, witchcraft, and envy. It is one of the two protective surahs.

وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ

And from the evil of an envier when he envies."
