Surah Al-Fath Ayah 14
سُورَةُ الفَتۡحِSurah Al-Fath was revealed after the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah, which the Quran describes as a clear victory. It prophesies the conquest of Makkah.

وَلِلَّهِ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ یَغۡفِرُ لِمَن یَشَاۤءُ وَیُعَذِّبُ مَن یَشَاۤءُۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورࣰا رَّحِیمࣰا
English
And to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. He forgives whom He wills and punishes whom He wills. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.

آسمانوں اور زمین کی بادشاہی کا مالک اللہ ہی ہے جسے چاہے معاف کرے اور جسے چاہے سزا دے، اور وہ غفور و رحیم ہے
