Surah Al-Furqan distinguishes truth from falsehood and describes the qualities of the true servants of the Most Merciful (Ibad ar-Rahman).

وَلَوۡ شِئۡنَا لَبَعَثۡنَا فِی كُلِّ قَرۡیَةࣲ نَّذِیرࣰا
English

And if We had willed, We could have sent into every city a warner.
