Surah Al-Hijr Ayah 33
سُورَةُ الحِجۡرِSurah Al-Hijr emphasizes the preservation of the Quran and recounts stories of previous nations destroyed for their disbelief, including the people of Hijr (Thamud).

قَالَ لَمۡ أَكُن لِّأَسۡجُدَ لِبَشَرٍ خَلَقۡتَهُۥ مِن صَلۡصَـٰلࣲ مِّنۡ حَمَإࣲ مَّسۡنُونࣲ
English
He said, "Never would I prostrate to a human whom You created out of clay from an altered black mud."

اس نے کہا "میرا یہ کام نہیں ہے کہ میں اِس بشر کو سجدہ کروں جسے تو نے سڑی ہوئی مٹی کے سوکھے گارے سے پیدا کیا ہے"
