Surah Al-Ikhlaas
سُورَةُ الإِخۡلَاصِSurah Al-Ikhlas presents the purest concept of monotheism in four verses, declaring Allah as One, Eternal, who begets not nor was begotten.
بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِیمِ قُلۡ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ
English
Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One,
ٱللَّهُ ٱلصَّمَدُ
English
Allah, the Eternal Refuge.
لَمۡ یَلِدۡ وَلَمۡ یُولَدۡ
English
He neither begets nor is born,
وَلَمۡ یَكُن لَّهُۥ كُفُوًا أَحَدُۢ
English
Nor is there to Him any equivalent."
