Surah Al-Israa (Bani Israel) Ayah 29
سُورَةُ الإِسۡرَاءِSurah Al-Isra begins with the Prophet's night journey to Jerusalem and ascension to heaven. It provides moral and ethical guidelines and discusses the Children of Israel.

وَلَا تَجۡعَلۡ یَدَكَ مَغۡلُولَةً إِلَىٰ عُنُقِكَ وَلَا تَبۡسُطۡهَا كُلَّ ٱلۡبَسۡطِ فَتَقۡعُدَ مَلُومࣰا مَّحۡسُورًا
English
And do not make your hand [as] chained to your neck or extend it completely and [thereby] become blamed and insolvent.

نہ تو اپنا ہاتھ گردن سے باندھ رکھو اور نہ اسے بالکل ہی کھلا چھوڑ دو کہ ملامت زدہ اور عاجز بن کر رہ جاؤ
