Surah Al-Maaida Ayah 107
سُورَةُ المَائـِدَةِSurah Al-Ma'idah contains the final revelations on Islamic law and emphasizes fulfilling covenants. It includes the declaration that Islam has been perfected as a religion.
فَإِنۡ عُثِرَ عَلَىٰۤ أَنَّهُمَا ٱسۡتَحَقَّاۤ إِثۡمࣰا فَـَٔاخَرَانِ یَقُومَانِ مَقَامَهُمَا مِنَ ٱلَّذِینَ ٱسۡتَحَقَّ عَلَیۡهِمُ ٱلۡأَوۡلَیَـٰنِ فَیُقۡسِمَانِ بِٱللَّهِ لَشَهَـٰدَتُنَاۤ أَحَقُّ مِن شَهَـٰدَتِهِمَا وَمَا ٱعۡتَدَیۡنَاۤ إِنَّاۤ إِذࣰا لَّمِنَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِینَ
But if it is found that those two were guilty of perjury, let two others stand in their place [who are] foremost [in claim] from those who have a lawful right. And let them swear by Allah, "Our testimony is truer than their testimony, and we have not transgressed. Indeed, we would then be of the wrongdoers."
لیکن اگر پتہ چل جائے کہ ان دونوں نے اپنے آپ کو گناہ میں مبتلا کیا ہے تو پھر ان کی جگہ دو اور شخص جو ان کی بہ نسبت شہادت دینے کے لیے اہل تر ہوں ان لوگوں میں سے کھڑے ہوں جن کی حق تلفی ہوئی ہو، اور وہ خدا کی قسم کھا کر کہیں کہ "ہماری شہادت اُن کی شہادت سے زیادہ بر حق ہے اور ہم نے اپنے گواہی میں کوئی زیادتی نہیں کی ہے، اگر ہم ایسا کریں تو ظالموں میں سے ہوں گے"
