Surah Al-Maaida Ayah 26
سُورَةُ المَائـِدَةِSurah Al-Ma'idah contains the final revelations on Islamic law and emphasizes fulfilling covenants. It includes the declaration that Islam has been perfected as a religion.

قَالَ فَإِنَّهَا مُحَرَّمَةٌ عَلَیۡهِمۡۛ أَرۡبَعِینَ سَنَةࣰۛ یَتِیهُونَ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ فَلَا تَأۡسَ عَلَى ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلۡفَـٰسِقِینَ
English
[Allah] said, "Then indeed, it is forbidden to them for forty years [in which] they will wander throughout the land. So do not grieve over the defiantly disobedient people."
Urdu
اللہ نے جواب دیا "اچھا تو وہ ملک چالیس سال تک اِن پر حرام ہے، یہ زمین میں مارے مارے پھریں گے، اِن نافرمانوں کی حالت پر ہرگز ترس نہ کھاؤ"
