Surah Al-Maaida Ayah 40
سُورَةُ المَائـِدَةِSurah Al-Ma'idah contains the final revelations on Islamic law and emphasizes fulfilling covenants. It includes the declaration that Islam has been perfected as a religion.

أَلَمۡ تَعۡلَمۡ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَهُۥ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ یُعَذِّبُ مَن یَشَاۤءُ وَیَغۡفِرُ لِمَن یَشَاۤءُۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَیۡءࣲ قَدِیرࣱ
English
Do you not know that to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth? He punishes whom He wills and forgives whom He wills, and Allah is over all things competent.

کیا تم جانتے نہیں ہو کہ اللہ زمین اور آسمانوں کی سلطنت کا مالک ہے؟ جسے چاہے سزا دے اور جسے چاہے معاف کر دے، وہ ہر چیز کا اختیار رکھتا ہے
