Surah Al-Maaida Ayah 52
سُورَةُ المَائـِدَةِSurah Al-Ma'idah contains the final revelations on Islamic law and emphasizes fulfilling covenants. It includes the declaration that Islam has been perfected as a religion.

فَتَرَى ٱلَّذِینَ فِی قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضࣱ یُسَـٰرِعُونَ فِیهِمۡ یَقُولُونَ نَخۡشَىٰۤ أَن تُصِیبَنَا دَاۤىِٕرَةࣱۚ فَعَسَى ٱللَّهُ أَن یَأۡتِیَ بِٱلۡفَتۡحِ أَوۡ أَمۡرࣲ مِّنۡ عِندِهِۦ فَیُصۡبِحُوا۟ عَلَىٰ مَاۤ أَسَرُّوا۟ فِیۤ أَنفُسِهِمۡ نَـٰدِمِینَ
English
So you see those in whose hearts is disease hastening into [association with] them, saying, "We are afraid a misfortune may strike us." But perhaps Allah will bring conquest or a decision from Him, and they will become, over what they have been concealing within themselves, regretful.
