Surah Al-Maaida Ayah 66
سُورَةُ المَائـِدَةِSurah Al-Ma'idah contains the final revelations on Islamic law and emphasizes fulfilling covenants. It includes the declaration that Islam has been perfected as a religion.
وَلَوۡ أَنَّهُمۡ أَقَامُوا۟ ٱلتَّوۡرَىٰةَ وَٱلۡإِنجِیلَ وَمَاۤ أُنزِلَ إِلَیۡهِم مِّن رَّبِّهِمۡ لَأَكَلُوا۟ مِن فَوۡقِهِمۡ وَمِن تَحۡتِ أَرۡجُلِهِمۚ مِّنۡهُمۡ أُمَّةࣱ مُّقۡتَصِدَةࣱۖ وَكَثِیرࣱ مِّنۡهُمۡ سَاۤءَ مَا یَعۡمَلُونَ
And if only they upheld [the law of] the Torah, the Gospel, and what has been revealed to them from their Lord, they would have consumed [provision] from above them and from beneath their feet. Among them are a moderate community, but many of them - evil is that which they do.
کاش انہوں نے توراۃ اور انجیل اور اُن دوسری کتابوں کو قائم کیا ہوتا جو اِن کے رب کی طرف سے اِن کے پاس بھیجی گئی تھیں ایسا کرتے تو اِن کے لیے اوپر سے رزق برستا اور نیچے سے ابلتا اگرچہ اِن میں کچھ لوگ راست رو بھی ہیں لیکن ان کی اکثریت سخت بد عمل ہے
