Surah Al-Muminoon Ayah 43

مَا تَسۡبِقُ مِنۡ أُمَّةٍ أَجَلَهَا وَمَا یَسۡتَـٔۡخِرُونَ
English
No nation will precede its time [of termination], nor will they remain [thereafter].
