Surah Al-Mumtahana Ayah 13
سُورَةُ المُمۡتَحنَةِSurah Al-Mumtahanah establishes guidelines for relations with non-Muslims, including the examination of women who emigrated to determine their true faith.

یَـٰۤأَیُّهَا ٱلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا تَتَوَلَّوۡا۟ قَوۡمًا غَضِبَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَیۡهِمۡ قَدۡ یَىِٕسُوا۟ مِنَ ٱلۡـَٔاخِرَةِ كَمَا یَىِٕسَ ٱلۡكُفَّارُ مِنۡ أَصۡحَـٰبِ ٱلۡقُبُورِ
English
O you who have believed, do not make allies of a people with whom Allah has become angry. They have despaired of [reward in] the Hereafter just as the disbelievers have despaired of [meeting] the inhabitants of the graves.
Urdu
اے لوگو جو ایمان لائے ہو، اُن لوگوں کو دوست نہ بناؤ جن پر اللہ نے غضب فرمایا ہے، جو آخرت سے اسی طرح مایوس ہیں جس طرح قبروں میں پڑے ہوئے کافر مایوس ہیں
