اِنَّ نَاشِئَةَ الَّیْلِ هِیَ اَشَدُّ وَطْاً وَّاَقْوَمُ قِیْلًا ۟ؕ

Indeed, the hours of the night are more effective for concurrence [of heart and tongue] and more suitable for words.
