Surah Al-Qamar begins with the splitting of the moon as a sign. It repeatedly states that the Quran is made easy to remember, while warning of past destructions.

فَفَتَحۡنَاۤ أَبۡوَ ٰ⁠بَ ٱلسَّمَاۤءِ بِمَاۤءࣲ مُّنۡهَمِرࣲ

Then We opened the gates of the heaven with rain pouring down
