Surah Al-Qasas Ayah 78
سُورَةُ القَصَصِSurah Al-Qasas provides a detailed narrative of Musa's life from birth through his mission, including the story of Qarun (Korah) and his destruction due to arrogance.
قَالَ إِنَّمَاۤ أُوتِیتُهُۥ عَلَىٰ عِلۡمٍ عِندِیۤۚ أَوَلَمۡ یَعۡلَمۡ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ قَدۡ أَهۡلَكَ مِن قَبۡلِهِۦ مِنَ ٱلۡقُرُونِ مَنۡ هُوَ أَشَدُّ مِنۡهُ قُوَّةࣰ وَأَكۡثَرُ جَمۡعࣰاۚ وَلَا یُسۡـَٔلُ عَن ذُنُوبِهِمُ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمُونَ
He said, "I was only given it because of knowledge I have." Did he not know that Allah had destroyed before him of generations those who were greater than him in power and greater in accumulation [of wealth]? But the criminals, about their sins, will not be asked.
تو اُس نے کہا "یہ سب کچھ تو مجھے اُس علم کی بنا پر دیا گیا ہے جو مجھ کو حاصل ہے" کیا اس کو علم نہ تھا کہ اللہ اس سے پہلے بہت سے ایسے لوگوں کو ہلاک کر چکا ہے جو اس سے زیادہ قوت اور جمعیت رکھتے تھے؟ مجرموں سے تو ان کے گناہ نہیں پوچھے جاتے
