Surah An-Nisaa Ayah 149
سُورَةُ النِّسَاءِSurah An-Nisa addresses social reforms, particularly regarding the rights and treatment of women, orphans, and family matters. It establishes laws of inheritance and marriage.

إِن تُبۡدُوا۟ خَیۡرًا أَوۡ تُخۡفُوهُ أَوۡ تَعۡفُوا۟ عَن سُوۤءࣲ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَفُوࣰّا قَدِیرًا
English
If [instead] you show [some] good or conceal it or pardon an offense - indeed, Allah is ever Pardoning and Competent.

(مظلوم ہونے کی صورت میں اگر چہ تم پر بد گوئی کا حق ہے) لیکن اگر تم ظاہر و باطن میں بھلائی ہی کیے جاؤ، یا کم از کم برائی سے در گزر کرو، تو اللہ کی صفت بھی یہی ہے کہ وہ بڑا معاف کرنے والا ہے حالانکہ سزا دینے پر پوری قدرت رکھتا ہے
