Surah An-Nisaa Ayah 168

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوا۟ وَظَلَمُوا۟ لَمۡ یَكُنِ ٱللَّهُ لِیَغۡفِرَ لَهُمۡ وَلَا لِیَهۡدِیَهُمۡ طَرِیقًا
English
Indeed, those who disbelieve and commit wrong [or injustice] - never will Allah forgive them, nor will He guide them to a path.
