Surah Ar-Ra’d Ayah 38
سُورَةُ الرَّعۡدِSurah Ar-Ra'd presents signs of Allah's power in nature, including thunder which glorifies Him. It emphasizes that true guidance comes only from Allah.

وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا رُسُلࣰا مِّن قَبۡلِكَ وَجَعَلۡنَا لَهُمۡ أَزۡوَ ٰجࣰا وَذُرِّیَّةࣰۚ وَمَا كَانَ لِرَسُولٍ أَن یَأۡتِیَ بِـَٔایَةٍ إِلَّا بِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِۗ لِكُلِّ أَجَلࣲ كِتَابࣱ
English
And We have already sent messengers before you and assigned to them wives and descendants. And it was not for a messenger to come with a sign except by permission of Allah. For every term is a decree.

تم سے پہلے بھی ہم بہت سے رسول بھیج چکے ہیں اور اُن کو ہم نے بیوی بچوں والا ہی بنایا تھا اور کسی رسول کی بھی یہ طاقت نہ تھی کہ اللہ کے اذن کے بغیر کوئی نشانی خود لا دکھاتا ہر دور کے لیے ایک کتاب ہے
