Surah Ar-Room Ayah 37
سُورَةُ الرُّومِSurah Ar-Rum begins with a prophecy about the Roman Empire's victory after defeat, which was fulfilled. It presents signs of Allah in creation and human life.

أَوَلَمۡ یَرَوۡا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ یَبۡسُطُ ٱلرِّزۡقَ لِمَن یَشَاۤءُ وَیَقۡدِرُۚ إِنَّ فِی ذَ ٰلِكَ لَـَٔایَـٰتࣲ لِّقَوۡمࣲ یُؤۡمِنُونَ
English
Do they not see that Allah extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it]? Indeed, in that are signs for a people who believe.
Urdu
کیا یہ لوگ دیکھتے نہیں ہیں کہ اللہ ہی رزق کشادہ کرتا ہے جس کا چاہتا ہے اور تنگ کرتا ہے (جس کا چاہتا ہے) یقیناً اس میں بہت سی نشانیاں ہیں اُن لوگوں کے لیے جو ایمان لاتے ہیں
