Surah Ar-Room Ayah 4
سُورَةُ الرُّومِSurah Ar-Rum begins with a prophecy about the Roman Empire's victory after defeat, which was fulfilled. It presents signs of Allah in creation and human life.

فِی بِضۡعِ سِنِینَۗ لِلَّهِ ٱلۡأَمۡرُ مِن قَبۡلُ وَمِنۢ بَعۡدُۚ وَیَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ یَفۡرَحُ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ
English
Within three to nine years. To Allah belongs the command before and after. And that day the believers will rejoice

اللہ ہی کا اختیار ہے پہلے بھی اور بعد میں بھی اور وہ دن وہ ہو گا جبکہ اللہ کی بخشی ہوئی فتح پر مسلمان خوشیاں منائیں گے
