Surah Ar-Room Ayah 52
سُورَةُ الرُّومِSurah Ar-Rum begins with a prophecy about the Roman Empire's victory after defeat, which was fulfilled. It presents signs of Allah in creation and human life.

فَإِنَّكَ لَا تُسۡمِعُ ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰ وَلَا تُسۡمِعُ ٱلصُّمَّ ٱلدُّعَاۤءَ إِذَا وَلَّوۡا۟ مُدۡبِرِینَ
English
So indeed, you will not make the dead hear, nor will you make the deaf hear the call when they turn their backs, retreating.

(اے نبیؐ) تم مُردوں کو نہیں سنا سکتے، نہ اُن بہروں کو اپنی پکار سنا سکتے ہو جو پیٹھ پھیرے بھاگے چلے جا رہے ہوں
