Surah Ar-Room Ayah 53
سُورَةُ الرُّومِSurah Ar-Rum begins with a prophecy about the Roman Empire's victory after defeat, which was fulfilled. It presents signs of Allah in creation and human life.

وَمَاۤ أَنتَ بِهَـٰدِ ٱلۡعُمۡیِ عَن ضَلَـٰلَتِهِمۡۖ إِن تُسۡمِعُ إِلَّا مَن یُؤۡمِنُ بِـَٔایَـٰتِنَا فَهُم مُّسۡلِمُونَ
English
And you cannot guide the blind away from their error. You will only make hear those who believe in Our verses so they are Muslims [in submission to Allah].
