Surah Ar-Room Ayah 59
سُورَةُ الرُّومِSurah Ar-Rum begins with a prophecy about the Roman Empire's victory after defeat, which was fulfilled. It presents signs of Allah in creation and human life.

كَذَ ٰلِكَ یَطۡبَعُ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِ ٱلَّذِینَ لَا یَعۡلَمُونَ
English
Thus does Allah seal the hearts of those who do not know.
