Surah Ar-Room Ayah 6
سُورَةُ الرُّومِSurah Ar-Rum begins with a prophecy about the Roman Empire's victory after defeat, which was fulfilled. It presents signs of Allah in creation and human life.

وَعۡدَ ٱللَّهِۖ لَا یُخۡلِفُ ٱللَّهُ وَعۡدَهُۥ وَلَـٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ لَا یَعۡلَمُونَ
English
[It is] the promise of Allah. Allah does not fail in His promise, but most of the people do not know.

یہ وعدہ اللہ نے کیا ہے، اللہ کبھی اپنے وعدے کی خلاف ورزی نہیں کرتا، مگر اکثر لوگ نہیں جانتے ہیں
