Surah Ar-Rum begins with a prophecy about the Roman Empire's victory after defeat, which was fulfilled. It presents signs of Allah in creation and human life.

فَٱصۡبِرۡ إِنَّ وَعۡدَ ٱللَّهِ حَقࣱّۖ وَلَا یَسۡتَخِفَّنَّكَ ٱلَّذِینَ لَا یُوقِنُونَ
English

So be patient. Indeed, the promise of Allah is truth. And let them not disquiet you who are not certain [in faith].

پس (اے نبیؐ) صبر کرو، یقیناً اللہ کا وعدہ سچا ہے، اور ہرگز ہلکا نہ پائیں تم کو وہ لوگ جو یقین نہیں لاتے
