Surah Ash-Shura Ayah 21
سُورَةُ الشُّورَىٰSurah Ash-Shura emphasizes consultation (Shura) as a principle of community life. It discusses divine revelation and the unity of all prophetic messages.
أَمۡ لَهُمۡ شُرَكَـٰۤؤُا۟ شَرَعُوا۟ لَهُم مِّنَ ٱلدِّینِ مَا لَمۡ یَأۡذَنۢ بِهِ ٱللَّهُۚ وَلَوۡلَا كَلِمَةُ ٱلۡفَصۡلِ لَقُضِیَ بَیۡنَهُمۡۗ وَإِنَّ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِینَ لَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ أَلِیمࣱ
Or have they other deities who have ordained for them a religion to which Allah has not consented? But if not for the decisive word, it would have been concluded between them. And indeed, the wrongdoers will have a painful punishment.
کیا یہ لوگ کچھ ایسے شریک خدا رکھتے ہیں جنہوں نے اِن کے لیے دین کی نوعیت رکھنے والا ایک ایسا طریقہ مقرر کر دیا ہے جس کا اللہ نے اِذن نہیں دیا؟ اگر فیصلے کی بات پہلے طے نہ ہو گئی ہوتی تو ان کا قضیہ چکا دیا گیا ہوتا یقیناً اِن ظالموں کے لیے درد ناک عذاب ہے
