Surah Ash-Shura Ayah 28
سُورَةُ الشُّورَىٰSurah Ash-Shura emphasizes consultation (Shura) as a principle of community life. It discusses divine revelation and the unity of all prophetic messages.

وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِی یُنَزِّلُ ٱلۡغَیۡثَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا قَنَطُوا۟ وَیَنشُرُ رَحۡمَتَهُۥۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡوَلِیُّ ٱلۡحَمِیدُ
English
And it is He who sends down the rain after they had despaired and spreads His mercy. And He is the Protector, the Praiseworthy.
