Surah Ash-Shura Ayah 4
سُورَةُ الشُّورَىٰSurah Ash-Shura emphasizes consultation (Shura) as a principle of community life. It discusses divine revelation and the unity of all prophetic messages.

لَهُۥ مَا فِی ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ وَمَا فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَلِیُّ ٱلۡعَظِیمُ
English
To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth, and He is the Most High, the Most Great.
