Surah Ash-Shura Ayah 9
سُورَةُ الشُّورَىٰSurah Ash-Shura emphasizes consultation (Shura) as a principle of community life. It discusses divine revelation and the unity of all prophetic messages.

أَمِ ٱتَّخَذُوا۟ مِن دُونِهِۦۤ أَوۡلِیَاۤءَۖ فَٱللَّهُ هُوَ ٱلۡوَلِیُّ وَهُوَ یُحۡیِ ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَیۡءࣲ قَدِیرࣱ
English
Or have they taken protectors [or allies] besides him? But Allah - He is the Protector, and He gives life to the dead, and He is over all things competent.
Urdu
کیا یہ (ایسے نادان ہیں کہ) اِنہوں نے اُسے چھوڑ کر دوسرے ولی بنا رکھے ہیں؟ ولی تو اللہ ہی ہے، وہی مُردوں کو زندہ کرتا ہے، اور وہ ہر چیز پر قادر ہے
