Surah At-Tawba Ayah 1
سُورَةُ التَّوۡبَةِSurah At-Tawbah is the only surah that does not begin with Bismillah. It addresses relations with polytheists and hypocrites, and calls for repentance and sincere faith.

بَرَاۤءَةࣱ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦۤ إِلَى ٱلَّذِینَ عَـٰهَدتُّم مِّنَ ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِینَ
English
[This is a declaration of] disassociation, from Allah and His Messenger, to those with whom you had made a treaty among the polytheists.
