Surah At-Tawba Ayah 10
سُورَةُ التَّوۡبَةِSurah At-Tawbah is the only surah that does not begin with Bismillah. It addresses relations with polytheists and hypocrites, and calls for repentance and sincere faith.

لَا یَرۡقُبُونَ فِی مُؤۡمِنٍ إِلࣰّا وَلَا ذِمَّةࣰۚ وَأُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ هُمُ ٱلۡمُعۡتَدُونَ
English
They do not observe toward a believer any pact of kinship or covenant of protection. And it is they who are the transgressors.

کسی مومن کے معاملہ میں نہ یہ قرابت کا لحاظ کرتے ہیں اور نہ کسی عہد کی ذمہ داری کا اور زیادتی ہمیشہ انہی کی طرف سے ہوئی ہے
