Surah At-Tawba Ayah 106
سُورَةُ التَّوۡبَةِSurah At-Tawbah is the only surah that does not begin with Bismillah. It addresses relations with polytheists and hypocrites, and calls for repentance and sincere faith.
106
وَءَاخَرُونَ مُرۡجَوۡنَ لِأَمۡرِ ٱللَّهِ إِمَّا یُعَذِّبُهُمۡ وَإِمَّا یَتُوبُ عَلَیۡهِمۡۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِیمٌ حَكِیمࣱ
English
And [there are] others deferred until the command of Allah - whether He will punish them or whether He will forgive them. And Allah is Knowing and Wise.

کچھ دوسر ے لوگ ہیں جن کا معاملہ ابھی خدا کے حکم پر ٹھیرا ہوا ہے، چاہے انہیں سزا دے اور چاہے اُن پر از سر نو مہربان ہو جائے اللہ سب کچھ جانتا ہے اور حکیم و دانا ہے
