Surah At-Tawba Ayah 11
سُورَةُ التَّوۡبَةِSurah At-Tawbah is the only surah that does not begin with Bismillah. It addresses relations with polytheists and hypocrites, and calls for repentance and sincere faith.

فَإِن تَابُوا۟ وَأَقَامُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتَوُا۟ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ فَإِخۡوَ ٰنُكُمۡ فِی ٱلدِّینِۗ وَنُفَصِّلُ ٱلۡـَٔایَـٰتِ لِقَوۡمࣲ یَعۡلَمُونَ
English
But if they repent, establish prayer, and give zakah, then they are your brothers in religion; and We detail the verses for a people who know.
