Surah At-Tawba Ayah 116
سُورَةُ التَّوۡبَةِSurah At-Tawbah is the only surah that does not begin with Bismillah. It addresses relations with polytheists and hypocrites, and calls for repentance and sincere faith.
116
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَهُۥ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ یُحۡیِۦ وَیُمِیتُۚ وَمَا لَكُم مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مِن وَلِیࣲّ وَلَا نَصِیرࣲ
English
Indeed, to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth; He gives life and causes death. And you have not besides Allah any protector or any helper.

اور یہ بھی واقعہ ہے کہ اللہ ہی کے قبضہ میں آسمان و زمین کی سلطنت ہے، اسی کے اختیار میں زندگی و موت ہے، اور تمہارا کوئی حامی و مددگار ایسانہیں ہے جو تمہیں اس سے بچا سکے
