Surah At-Tawba Ayah 2
سُورَةُ التَّوۡبَةِSurah At-Tawbah is the only surah that does not begin with Bismillah. It addresses relations with polytheists and hypocrites, and calls for repentance and sincere faith.

فَسِیحُوا۟ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ أَرۡبَعَةَ أَشۡهُرࣲ وَٱعۡلَمُوۤا۟ أَنَّكُمۡ غَیۡرُ مُعۡجِزِی ٱللَّهِ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُخۡزِی ٱلۡكَـٰفِرِینَ
English
So travel freely, [O disbelievers], throughout the land [during] four months but know that you cannot cause failure to Allah and that Allah will disgrace the disbelievers.
